1

Connect water-use data

Ingest multi-vendor AMI reads and pair them with customer, parcel, program, weather, and service-history context.

2

Find the right signal

Surface continuous flow, unusual demand, outdoor-use patterns, nonresponse, program eligibility, or a validated rule exception.

3

Choose how to act

Inform, assist, incentivize, investigate, or enforce. Launch the next step from the same account and segment workspace.

4

Measure what changed

Track post-alert behavior, leak resolution, program conversion, demand reduction, compliance, customer reach, and staff time.

Built from utility operations

Started in compliance. Designed to go much further.

ReUse360plus began with the hard operational work of connecting meter data, GIS, field evidence, service requests, and customer accounts. That foundation now supports customer-first conservation programs as well as optional enforcement.

From professional bodybuilding to water conservation.

From protecting people to protecting water

Service, discipline, and practical utility experience shape the mission behind ReUse360plus.

Dr. Frank Roberson is a U.S. Army veteran and former military police K-9 handler, IFBB professional bodybuilder, and water-conservation professional. His background brings together law enforcement, education, and discipline.

As a Water Conservation Coordinator at Pinellas County Utilities, Dr. Roberson assembled and submitted the award application for “One Water Pinellas.” The Water Conservation team earned Pinellas County Utilities its first Best in Class water-conservation award, recognized by the Florida Section of AWWA in 2025. He is also a Florida Water Star℠ Landscape Accredited Professional.

As founder of ReUse360plus, Dr. Roberson is developing a platform to help utilities turn water-use information into practical conservation action through customer outreach, conservation programs, and staff follow-through. Its current demonstration uses synthetic data.

His message is simple: “We only have one water. Let’s protect it.”

ReUse360plus helps utilities turn AMI data into action. Some use that action to detect leaks and engage customers; others use it to manage conservation programs or enforce watering rules. The platform adapts to the utility's operating model.
